Auction Sales Policy:
Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
Payment is due within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise discussed between buyer and seller.

Common Carrier Shipments:
Items going common carrier are generally shipped the next business day after payment is made. We generally ship via FedEx or USPS.
Large items requiring a LTL shipment typically go out the next business day after payment is received. Some exceptions may apply.
Larger items that must be shipped via flatbed truck will ship as soon as the truck can be secured, usually no more than 3-5 business days.
It is very important for the seller to provide accurate shipping info on freight shipments. We need to know if item is being shipped to a business, business name, address, contact info, and if receiver has a way to unload the pallet/item or if we need to arrange for a lift gate.
We will ship outside of the United States if buyer has a UPS, DHL or FedEx account to bill shipping charges.
Accept: PayPal, Certified Funds, or Cash for local pickups.

items we may request certified funds only.
Do NOT accept: personal or business checks.
Returns & Warranty:
Unless Sold “As-Is,” all of our products come with a 14 Business Day Warranty, beginning the day item is received.
Returns are only accepted on items received in different condition than stated in the ad. If your item is received in a different condition than stated (DOA, not working properly etc…) please email us immediately. We are more than happy to rectify any problems by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Instructions for Returns:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe the situation and we will provide a FedEx account to return product.
2. Return Product
3. When we receive the product we will confirm item is defective, has not been disassembled and our seal is intact.
4. You receive your refund/replacement.
There are multiple seals on each of our items, if any seal is broken, tampered with or removed the warranty is void.
