Make Your Selections On Your Yamaha Chopper, Or Pro-Street Frame In The Saddlebag!!  Choose Your Swingarm Style, Conventional (as shown on the chopper frame) or Signature Swing Arm(as shown on the pro-street frame),  Between A 250, Or 300 Series Tire Swingarm!!

Take Your 1999-2005 Yamaha Road Star Engine & Drive Train, Combine It With Either  Of Our Custom Yamaha Frames, From There, Build The Custom Wide Tire Chopper, Or Pro-Street Custom Motorcycle Of Your Dreams!! Bolt-On Frame for a stock Road Star means the engine and drive train will bolt right in without any rework, and accepts OEM shock and spring.
Yamaha Chopper Frame, Yamaha Pro-Street Frame, Swingarms
 These Yamaha Road Star Pro-Street & Chopper Frames are offered with your choice of Conventional Swing Arm, or Signature Swing Arm, that will accept a 250mm, or 300 mm wide tire. The Conventional swingarm kit includes swing arm assembly with hidden axle setup. Rear axle is 1" to fit American type wheel and axle covers.
Offset Pulley For Yamaha Road Star Wide Tire Applications
 Offset pulley required for wide tire applications, $249.00, select it in the saddlebag if you want it.

The Signature Swingarm kit includes the above items plus 4 Chrome Bullet ends with LED lights in the tip of the Bullets, along with a 1" LED strip in the curved axle plate.  All Of These Custom Yamaha Chopper Frames & Pro-Street Frames will accept any American aftermarket component.
 All frames are Tig welded and assembled in custom jigs and fixtures.
The Yamaha Roadstar Chopper Frame has an 8" rise 5" backbone stretch and a 40 degree rake.  
The Pro-Street version Of The Yamaha Frame has 0" rise, 5" backbone stretch and 40 degree rake. 

Now That You Have Selected Your Custom Yamaha Road Star Frame, You Can Use All The Parts Built For American Big Twin Choppers, Front-Ends, Headlights, Handlebars, Grips, Handlebar Controls, Risers, Chopper Gas Tanks, Fenders,  Oil Tanks & More!!
